Rules & Regulations

    The school Library is well equipped with useful and interesting books on a various subject.

  1. Students should keep in mind that “Reading makes a full person”. All should develop the habit of reading, not flying from book to book but reading systematically and thoughtfully. So that information will be extensive, accurate and useful.
  2. Certain books, magazines etc. are available only for reference in the library. They are not to be taken outside the library.
  3. No tracing or marking on any book is allowed as books may be damaged in the process. Any damage caused will have to be made good by the student concerned.
  4. Books should be returned to the libray in the respective library class. Books over due may be returned with fine of Rs.10/-
  5. Strict silence should be observed in the library.
  6. All articles not pertaining to the library should be kept outside the library.
  7. Every one will have his/her own library card.
  8. Only one book may be issued against one card for a period of one week only from the library and no one can take a book on other’s card. Any book, not required by another ward may be re-issued for one more week.
  9. Books LOST must be replaced or paid full amount of the latest edition.
  10. All books should be returned to the library before the annual examination.

    To Be Maintained For Computer

  1. Computer lab is a place of learning computer education and serious work. For this. ‘Silence’ is a very necessary element. OBSERVE STRICT SILENCE.
  2. Dust is the greatest enemy of the computer. REMOVE SHOES BEFORE ENTERING THE ROOM. WEAR CLEAN SOCKS.
  3. Take nothing into the computer room without the prior permission of the teacher. No floppies/C.Ds. or pen drives are to be brought to the Computer Room.
  4. The computer is a complicated electronic instrument which is learned through instruction and operation. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION OF THE TEACHER CAREFULLY.
  5. The computer is a very delicate and expensive machine. Damages must be paid for by the student concerned. REPORT IMMEDIATELY ANY KIND OF DEFECT OR DAMAGE, SO THAT PROMPT ACTION MAY BE TAKEN AND THE MACHINE IS AVAILABLE FOR THE NEXT USER.
  6. Time is precious. Use it well.
